     July 23, 2008, noong ako ay tumango at magregister bilang isang sourced-out Managing Director ng Personal Collection. Noong una ay duda ako sa mga sinasabi ng aking recruiter na si Tita Epi na nasa Peronal Collection ang malaking kita, sayang nman daw ang talent ko sa pagbebenta. Tama siya na nasa pagbebenta ang aking talento, dahil 24 years kong ginugol ang aking buhay sa paghawak ng produkto mula sa iba't - ibang Direct Selling Companies, at dahil na rin sa kakulitan ni Tita Epi na mag focus at magseryoso ako dito sa Personal Collection, sigurado ang asenso ko.... at napatunayan ko na po ito ay  tutuo. Nasabi ko tuloy sa aking sarili na; "Tita Epi, you are the true example of MMM, Makapal! Makulit! Malinaw!...

     Nagdesisyon ako na magseryoso at magfocus dahil tutuo na sa Personal Collection ay may malaking kita kumpara sa ibang Direct Selling na aking nahawakan.... Wala sa makahihigit pa! Kaya sinimulan kong balikan ang aking mga dating business partners, at nagsagawa ako ng regular Opportunity Meeting, isa na dito sa bahay ni Zayda Balandang sa Danzalan St. Guimba, Nueva Ecija, na sa ngayon ay isa na ding Managing Direcotor. Gayon din ang dalawang attendees nuon na sina Analyn Bancuyo at Leonor Aquino. Ang dalawa ay kabilang na po sa mga awardees na naririto ngayon.

     Sa Personal Collection natuto akong magshare, kung anumang talent mayroon ako ibinabahagi ko sa kanila ang lahat ng aking karanasan at kaalaman upang katulad ko ay matuto din sila maiangat ang antas ng kanilang pamumuhay anu man ang kanilang pinanggalingan o pinag-aralan. Hindi ako nagsasawa sa pagtuturo sa kanila, paulit-ulit na ginagabayan ko sila sa kanilang mga gagawin, itinuring ko silang mga anak dahil hangad ko ay maging Managing Directors din sila at malasap ang katuparan ng mga pangarap sa Personal Collection, dahil para sa akin, ito ang katuparan ng tagumpay; "Sharing your talent to your people..." Napakasarap na pakiramdam makita na ang iyong dating inalagaan, ginabayan at tinuruan ay umasenso at umangat sa kahirapan regardless kung tumanaw siya o hindi sa iyo, dahil ang mas mahalaga ay nagshare ka, si Lord na ang magbabalik sa iyo nito.

     Maraming magandang salita ang aking natatanggap mula sa mga taong aking natulungan, subalit mayroon din namang pumupuna, talagang ganito sa Direct Selling Business, "we can not please everybody". Kung mayroon man akong nasaktan, sasamantalahin ko na ang pagkakataong humingi ako ng paumanhin, "ako'y tao rin naman na may sariling kahinaan".

     Sa ngayon, masasabi ko sa aking sarili, na hindi ako nagkamali sa pagpili sa kumpanyang ito, dahil naibalik niya ang aking kabuhayang minsan ng nawala. Sa loob lamang ng isang taon at labing-isang buwan ng pagiging PC Dealer ay nagkaroon ako ng sariling bahay sa isang subdivision sa Nueva Ecija, isang Brand New Car, isang pamilyang nagkakaisa at sama-sama sa pagpapaunlad ng aming negosyo dito sa Personal Collection. Ngayon ang aming biggest achievement ay nang kami ay pagkatiwalaan ng Personal Collection na maging isang Branch Operator sa bayan ng Guimba, Nueva Ecija. Dream come true po talaga dahil sa napakabilis na panahon, compared to my 24 years spent in other Direct Selling Companies, talagang God is good, all the time....

Dahil anuman ang mga pagsubok na aming naranasan ay patuloy niya kaming itnatayo at ginagabayan, hindi niya tayo iiwan! Palagi siyang may nakalaan na bahaghari upang humarang sa malakas na ulan. Siya ang dahilan kung paano ko nakilala ang kumpanyang may puso, ang Personal Collection Direct Selling Incorporated.

     Maraming salamat unang-una sa ating Panginoon, sa lahat ng aking mga kasama, P.C. Cabanatuan; sa mga staff, sa aking mga downline and promote out M.D.'s, sa P.C. Guimba Bro Staff, at aming mga downline at mga Managing Directors, Shining Diamond Group, simula hanggang ngayon nandyan kayo. Sa aking mga kapwa Managing Directors sa aking mga sourced-out, sa aking ever supportive recruiter, Doña Epifania R. Galang. Maraming salamat sa aking pamilya, sa aking tatlong apo, lalong-lalo na sa aking partner in life, ever faithful, ever loving forever friend, "salamat sa pang-unawa, sana'y dagdagan mo pa!", walang iwanan, tandaan mo yan! Kayong lahat ang naging inspirasyon ko kung bakit ako naririto ngayon. Higit sa lahat sa P.C. Head Office Staff, to Mr. Erick Brackamonte, Ms. Yolly Yabut, and most especially to the man behind everybody's success here in Personal Collection, the man with a BIG HEART, Mr. Willie Evangelista, from the bottom of my heart, a million thanks to all of you!

To the deepest part of my being and my warmest appreciation, I want to greet each and everyone of you, GOOD MORNING!

As I watched each of you, nothing can indulge me more with what I'm feeling. I am so happy to the 2nd year of Shining Diamond Group that we can now reach our dreams...

If I would turn back the time on July of 2008, I would tell you my story. I registered as a Source-out M.D., sponsored by M.D. Epifania Galang, year of 2008 at the month of August. I visited the Personal Collection office to check if I'm already listed and I'm also curious what the office looks like but I was not serious by then.

Three months had passed and I was invited to attend, "Heart to Heart Session" in Plaza Leticia, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, PH on October 20, 2008. It was headed by Mr. Willie Evangelista, the owner of Personal Collection, while the seminar was ongoing I already planned ahead of things on what I should do which I shared to my husband. I said to him, if they can do it, why can't I?

The first step I did was to schedule outside opportunity seminars, and one of them was been conducted November 18, 2008 to Mrs. Zayda Balandang's place who has only 10 attendees, and only 5 registered. To those five members who took the challenge, three of them is now Franchise Director and one is for promotion on Managing Director position, the other one is a Source-out M.D. which is Nerissa V.

December 12, 2008, I had my first Christmas Party for my group, I encourage myself to pursue this eventhough I don't have enough resources or funds. The only thing in our mind and our heart is, "share and blessings will follow", and because there is a book sales requirement for each M.D. to be availed on the same day of your party before you can avail support funds to the company. I only have few members by then; only 30 members of my group attended the Christmas Party including my husband, my son and my house maid. It is impossible to avail funds, but I did not give-up! I even heard insulting words, but I ignored them. I did all my best to make the party enjoyable so I used my own savings. I remember Mr. Jay (former BDM) told me, "Mam, hindi ko po kayo mabibigyan ng support funds dahil kulang ang benta nyu", (Mam, I won't be able to give you the support funds because your book sales are low) my answer was, "It's ok, that Christmas Party was really for my downlines".

In this industry you have to be tough and have courage, most importantly is be serious. Do not rely to others but ourselves and struggle for the benefits of family and our own.

If sometimes you can feel on quitting because of few results in you MVR, sullen when you're not been assessed or  your upline didn't monitor you. Oh no! here in P.C. if you give up easily and be sulky, you'll be the loser.

All will be lost if you won't take hold of the opportunities that the company is giving you. It will be your lost.

For 9 months of perseverance, a house and our dream car is now within our reach, and this November Booksales of our group, we have now 1.8 Million in sales!

I'm thankful to all of you, who take part for making this possible, let's give all of us a round of applause!

God is really good because He gave us talent, each one of us has it, the only thing we need to do is to nourish it. God gave us everything... He gave us, Personal Collection.

Come to think of it, we are now here so why not do our very best and God will support the rest!

All we need is to focus and be serious! May we be an inspiration to all of you and I'm looking forward to each and every one of you to be successful in Personal Collection.
